SalesAssistant – Route Planner ("we", "the app") is a sales route-planning and customer relationship management tool. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

Data We Collect

Account data: your email address and full name, collected when you register or sign in with Google.

Customer data: contact person names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses that you enter for the customers you manage.

Location data: customer addresses are converted to geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) via Google Maps to enable map display and route optimization. Approximate device location may be used to show your position on the map.

Activity data: scheduled visits, visit notes, follow-up tasks, and trip plans that you create.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data solely to provide the app's core features:

Authenticating your account and managing access
Displaying customers on a map and optimizing visit routes
Scheduling visits and sending daily digest email reminders
Tracking follow-up tasks and visit outcomes

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

The app integrates with the following third-party services, which process data under their own policies:

Google Maps Platform — geocoding addresses, displaying maps, and calculating driving directions. Google may receive address queries and approximate device location.
Google Sign-In — used for account authentication. Google shares your name and email with the app.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to your data is restricted to your own account; row-level security ensures that other users cannot see your customers, visits, or follow-ups. App administrators may access data for support and management purposes.

Email Communications

The app may send you a daily digest email summarizing your upcoming visits and follow-ups. You can contact us to opt out of these emails at any time.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual customers, visits, and follow-ups at any time within the app. To request full account deletion, use the in-app account deletion feature or contact us — your data will be permanently removed.

Under the GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
